Scheduled - Due to scheduled maintenance of the Polish PESEL Number Reservation Register, delays may occur in bank contract signing notifications resulting in delayed transaction authorisation for installment payments during the following maintenance window:

July 25–26, 2026 (Saturday–Sunday): 20:00–02:00 CEST

Credit application processing will continue as normal, and there is no need to stop sending clients to our platform during these periods.

The only expected impact is that notifications confirming that transactions are authorised may be delivered later than usual after the maintenance window.

Identified - Blik has confirmed problem on their end. Blik team is working on resolving the issue.

Investigating - Since 17:45, we have been experiencing degraded performance affecting BLIK transactions. As a result, a portion of transactions is not being authorized. We are actively investigating the issue together with the BLIK team and are working to restore full service. Further updates will be provided as soon as more information becomes available.
